Upon entering the property through a secure electric gate, guests will find a covered car park area that can accommodate at least six cars, with four spaces being sheltered, and additional space for motorcycles, bicycles, and other modes of transport. A 15-metre covered walkway leads to the hand-crafted Balinese entrance, which provides access to the main house.

Inside the villa, guests are welcomed by a lobby that leads to the living room, furnished with comfortable leather sofas, a large-screen TV, and ample cabinetry for storing books and other items. On the opposite side of the ground floor, there is a dining room and a chef’s kitchen with a bar-style breakfast area. The dining table is made from a massive solid piece of wood, providing a rustic charm to the room.

Beyond the main internal living areas, there is a large covered terrace with another dining table and chairs, as well as a nine-person sofa area. Additionally, there are sofa spaces for eight people on the pool deck area.

The villa comprises seven large bedrooms, each with a king-size bed and an en suite bathroom. The upper floor features the master bedroom, which boasts a large bathtub and a terrace area. Next to it is a second top-floor master bedroom. The main ground floor area houses five large guest bedrooms. Two of these bedrooms are located on opposite ends of the villa and are accessible via covered walkways. Another two bedrooms with en suite living areas are situated near the central part of the villa. The final guest bedroom, designed as a one-bedroom apartment with a built-in kitchen and a dining table for four, can be accessed through the main living room.

The ground floor of the villa also offers several additional rooms that enhance its sense of completeness, including a dedicated separate office, a well-equipped gymnasium, a steam room, and a dry sauna. There are two top-floor salas, one for dining that is open-air, and another enclosed and air-conditioned, which serves as a spa area with twin massage beds. The front of the villa boasts lawns with a centrally placed infinity edge swimming pool and Jacuzzi, surrounded by wide open-air decking that accommodates multiple sun loungers.

Other noteworthy features of the property include a large dog house with a fenced alleyway for the dogs to run around without entering the main property. The entire property is monitored by CCTV security cameras, and extensive external lighting enhances its appearance.
